Tween + Teen Yoga

Mondays + Wednesdays 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Looking for a way to help your tween or teen unwind, build strength, and stay balanced? Join us for our Tween and Teen Yoga Club every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM! In these sessions, participants ages 8-13 will explore mindful movement (Yoga Asana), practice breathwork (Pranayama), engage in activities that challenge their minds and bodies, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

This class is designed to help tweens and teens manage stress, build confidence, improve flexibility, and find inner calm—all while having fun and making new friends. Whether they’re beginners or experienced yogis, your child will discover tools to navigate life’s ups and downs, express themselves, and create a balanced lifestyle.

Preschool Yoga & Story Time (Ages Walking - 4) at Little Warriors Yoga School

Immerse your little ones in a world of movement, imagination, and storytelling with our Preschool Yoga & Story Time, designed especially for children from walking age up to 4 years old. This engaging and playful class blends the magic of yoga with captivating stories, taking children on adventures filled with creativity, discovery, and fun.

Each session invites young yogis to explore simple yoga poses through imaginative play and interactive activities, nurturing not only their physical development but also encouraging cognitive growth, social skills, and emotional awareness. It's a wonderful opportunity to foster early development while sparking a lifelong love for movement and learning.

Preschool Story time Yoga

LWYS Yoga Club

Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

Looking for a fun and healthy way to keep your child active and engaged? Bring them to our Little Warriors Yoga Club Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 pm - 5:00pm. Each week, kids will dive into mindful movement (Yoga Asana), explore the power of their breath (Pranayama), play mindful games, and get creative with arts and crafts.

Your child will discover tools to navigate big emotions, ways to stretch and strengthen their growing bodies, challenge their balance, make new friends, and—most importantly—have a blast! In this warm and welcoming space, children ages 4-7 can show up exactly as they are, be as silly as they want, share their passions, and learn to support both themselves and others.
