We are SOOOOO EXCITED to bring you 9 FULL WEEKS of all day summer camp fun this year! 🎉

Get ready for a summer filled with movement, creativity, nature, and play at Little Warriors Yoga School Summer Camp at Get To Gather Farm!

📅 Camp Schedule:

⏰ Time: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Drop-off begins at 8:15 AM, pick-up by 4:00 PM)
🌙 Aftercare available until 5:30 PM (additional cost)
📍 Location: Get To Gather Farm

We’re keeping our sessions intentionally small, with a minimum of 8 campers per session and a maximum of 20 campers per session, so that every child gets the best possible experience.

🌿 What to Expect Each Week

Each week of camp is themed and filled with enriching activities designed to help kids move, explore, create, and connect. Every single day will include:

🌿 Nature Walks & Scavenger Hunts around the farm
🎲 Games & Lego Building
🎨 Creative Art & Craft Projects

Session Dates

Before & After Care

Drop-off for camp begins at 8:15 AM. If you need to drop off earlier, please reach out so we can discuss options.

🌙 Aftercare is available until 5:30 PM for an additional charge of $15–$25 per day, per camper. This is a separate cost from camp tuition and can be paid daily or weekly. Pre-registration for aftercare is required.

What to Pack Each Day

🎒 Essentials:

• Snacks – Please pack enough for a full day of activities.

• A full water bottle – Hydration is key!

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing – We’ll be active and outdoors.

• Sneakers or sturdy footwear – The farm has uneven ground, so closed-toe shoes are best.

• Sunscreen & outdoor gear – Apply sunscreen before camp and pack anything else your child needs to stay comfortable outside all day.

💦 Fridays are Water Play Days!
Please send your camper with a change of clothes for extra fun!

👕 Camp Shirts:
Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt on the first day. We ask that campers wear this shirt daily for easy identification and safety. Additional shirts are available for $10 each if needed.

Personal Belongings

Campers are welcome to bring comfort items (like a favorite stuffie), but electronics are not allowed during camp hours.

LiveWell Camas & Little Warriors Yoga School are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. If an item becomes a distraction or is deemed inappropriate, it may be held by staff until the end of the day, and the camper may be asked to no longer bring personal items.

Policies: Refunds, Behavior, & Camp Guidelines

📌 Refunds & Schedule Changes

• Refunds must be requested at least 14 days before the session start date.

• If you need to switch sessions, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Once a camper has attended their first day, no refunds or pro-rations will be provided.

⏳ Pick-Up & Late Fees
Our scheduled camp hours are 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with drop-off starting at 8:15 AM and pick-up ending at 4:00 PM. Aftercare is available until 5:30 PM for an additional fee.

Please be mindful of staff time and pick up your camper on time. Late fees apply as follows:

• $15 for the first 10 minutes past 5:30 PM

• $1 per minute after that

• Fees are due at the time of pick-up and are paid directly to the on-duty staff member.

🚸 Behavior & Respect Policy
We work hard to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all campers. Emotional regulation, communication, and movement-based tools are integrated into our daily activities.

💥 Zero-Tolerance for Bullying & Disrespect

• Physical aggression (hitting, biting, or any form of assault) or blatant disrespect towards campers or staff will not be tolerated.

• Parents will be contacted immediately if an incident occurs.

• Severe behavior may result in immediate dismissal from camp, and no refunds will be issued.

☀️ Summer Fun on a Sliding Scale

We understand that summer camp is an investment for families, and we are committed to making our programming as accessible as possible. To support our community, we offer sliding scale pricing and scholarships for families who need additional assistance.

💰 Sliding Scale Pricing Per Week

• $380/camper – Covers the basic cost of running camp

• $480/camper – Covers camp operations + helps us spread the word through marketing (social media, flyers, outreach)

• $550+/camper – Covers camp operations, marketing, ensures fair wages for staff, helps provide scholarships, and supports ongoing community programming

🎟 Scholarships & financial assistance are available upon request.
