Form and Flow classes at LiveWell Camas focus primarily on the realm of postural Yoga practice. We also offer body-positive functional FITness. These classes are all great at increasing strength, stamina, mental awareness, sense of self, and a path to peace. Each class is physically and mentally engaging in its own way. Our LiveWell community is all ages, all abilities, and all welcoming!

Form: The practice of Hatha yoga postures with a focus on alignment and awareness. Postures are typically held for 1-3 minutes, to connect deeply with the body and breath. This class will build a strong understanding of the many layers of each posture (asana).
Flow: The practice of Hatha yoga postures with a focus on sequencing swiftly from one asana to another. This is called Vinyasa. Attention is paid to transitions between asanas and “finding center” amidst the rotating physical/mental experience.
Fitness: Combining functional anatomy with High-Intensity Interval Training, our fitness classes are all levels, guided by motivational and experienced instructors.
