This 90-minute deep hip yoga sequence is designed to unlock, strengthen, and release stored tension in the hips—the body's emotional storage center. The hips often hold onto stress, anxiety, and past experiences, making this practice a powerful tool for both physical and emotional release.
Through dynamic movement, deep stretching, and sustained holds, you'll improve mobility, increase flexibility, and create space for energetic balance. We’ll begin with a gentle flow to warm the body, followed by targeted hip-opening postures to release deeply held tension—both physical and emotional. With each breath, you’ll soften into the poses, letting go of old patterns and experiencing a profound sense of freedom and lightness.
