Leaning into the darkest time of the year, we will find comfort and calm with a special yoga practice guided by Danielle.
This session will include:
Moon salutations & āsana (active flowing yoga postures)
Pranayama (energetic breath practice)
Tratak (candle gazing)
Chanting (we will learn a non-religious Sanskrit mantra)
Restorative Yoga (passive, relaxing āsana)
and guided Savasana (meditative resting posture)
This is a 2 hour workshop. Please bring your mat, blocks, and a blanket. Arrive 15 mins prior to the start of class and wear layers to keep warm.
