THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR ALL 6 CLASSES IN THE SERIES
Fridays from 4-5pm
February 10th - March 17th, 2023
Being a teen these days is REALLY HARD! That is why we are pleased to announce a space just for youth 13-16 to come and move their bodies in a healthy and mindful way. Each hour-long class will offer Yoga Asana, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), and some journal prompts. Each week will also include a special self-care activity: blending bath salts, essential oils, tea and more! (material costs included.)
**This class is great if you have a young athlete in the family, they will build strength, mobility, and tools to regulate their own emotional landscape.
***This series is a required for our upcoming Teen Mentorship and Kids Yoga Teacher Training.***
Dress in comfy clothes and bring a full water bottle. Drop-in or Class package options are available.
