Join us for our monthly sound bath offering with Hiroko. A SOUND BATH is a meditative experience during which a group of people lie down and listen to resonant sounds coming out of Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Tuning Forks, etc. for the purpose of relaxation, rejuvenation, grounding, and clearing the mind.

Sound baths immerse you in vibrational sonic waves to tune with your electromagnetic field. Thus, clearing blockages and restoring your body, mind and spirit into alignment.
During this sound bath, Eliza plays crystal singing bowls, a 30 inch Nibiru gong and other high vibrational instruments. Gong sound baths bring in a higher level of volume and vibration. They help you quiet your mind, while guiding you to a state of inner peace and calmness.
Participants lie down on the floor with the support of blankets, bolsters, and anything else to keep comfy and warm. The experience is often described as meditative and rejuvenating.

Join Laura Yee for an immersion in the healing sounds and vibrations of Crystal Bowls, complemented by other healing instruments. This class will consist of a short, guided meditation (pranayama, movement, or mantra) followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey of healing and growth. Appropriate for all seeking stillness, relaxation, meditation, balance, connection, and healing of body, mind, and spirit!
