December Sound Bath
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Bring your own bolsters/blankets
Join Laura Yee for an immersion in the healing sounds and vibrations of Crystal Bowls, complemented by other healing instruments. This class will consist of a short, guided meditation (pranayama, movement, or mantra) followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey of healing and growth. Appropriate for all seeking stillness, relaxation, meditation, balance, connection, and healing of body, mind, and spirit!
